Safedrive sells in-vehicle devices to help drivers stay informed and safe.

To support their growing customer base of over 100,000 users, we built four fully integrated apps: customer dashboard, internal admin, API gateway, and inventory management. The central customer app allows users to log in via SMS and manage devices, subscriptions, rewards, and offers from a single interface.

The admin interface is used by customer support and is directly connected to Telenor's phone system—allowing real-time customer lookup on incoming calls. This has significantly reduced response time, cut down on manual processes, and improved overall customer experience.

We handled everything from design to deployment, including complex third-party integrations. The system runs on our lightweight NodeJS architecture with MongoDB, Redis, and over 10 API connections. It's a large-scale, high-efficiency platform built for hardware-based operations and business-critical uptime.
